Tahreem Umer is an Associate Clinical Psychologist working at Trauma Release and Wellness Centre and is undergoing her Master’s program in Clinical Psychology from Karachi, Pakistan.

She has experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, and psychodynamic therapies, and has experience working with trauma and addiction.

She has experience in conducting workshops specifically in topics relating to the field of mental health. She has trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTS-Individual and Family) and has experience in dealing with a range of clients through a trauma-informed lens.
