DIAO YUNCHU is a counselor and mental health educator in China. She holds credentials as a Counselor with the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, and is also a qualified psychotherapist in Mainland China. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals (CCTS-I) trained by the Arizona Trauma Institute.

With a presence that is both gentle and grounded, she accompanies individuals who have experienced fragmentation and silence in their lives, helping them reconnect with their own voices. Her understanding of trauma is not merely academic—it is deeply personal. Having walked her own long path of trauma healing, her insight into suffering is rooted not in textbooks, but in the depths of lived experience. She knows, from the inside, that true healing is not about building a beautiful house on top of trauma—it is about giving buried emotions a safe place to finally land.

She is the founder of Lingchen Sereuno Psychology Studio, a space where her approach integrates trauma-informed perspectives with psychological frameworks from both Eastern and Western cultures.

For her, psychological work is not about standing on a height and offering directions. It is about kneeling down beside you, and looking together at the fragments beneath your feet. She believes that trauma is not proof that a person is broken—it is proof that they once survived a storm. She is willing—and already is—becoming someone who holds an umbrella for souls in this dusty world.

她是中国的一名心理咨询师与心理健康教育工作者。她持有香港专业辅导协会的心理辅导师资质，同时也是一名中国大陆地区的心理治疗师，并持有由亚利桑那创伤研究所认证的个体临床创伤专家（CCTS-I）资格。她以温柔而坚定的专业姿态，陪伴那些在生命历程中经历过破碎与沉默的个体，帮助他们重新找回自己的声音。

她对创伤的理解并非仅仅停留在学术层面——它深深地根植于个人体验之中。她本人走过漫长的创伤疗愈之路，因此她对痛苦的洞察不是来自教科书，而是源于灵魂深处的亲历。她从内在深知：真正的疗愈，不是在创伤之上建造一座华丽的房子，而是让那些被掩埋的情绪，终于有一个安全的地方可以落下。

她是聆尘心理工作室（Lingchen Sereuno Psychology Studio）的创始人。在这个空间里，她的工作方式融合了创伤知情视角，以及东西方文化背景下的心理学框架。对她而言，心理工作不是站在高处指点迷津，而是蹲下来，陪你看一看你脚下的碎片。她相信，创伤不是一个人破碎的证据，而是她曾在风暴中活下来的证明。她愿意，也正在，成为那个在尘世中为灵魂撑伞的人。
