Lindsay Rothschild is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with extensive experience in behavioral health. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2011. Lindsay specializes in treating complex trauma and addiction using a Salutogenic approach, emphasizing holistic practices alongside traditional psychotherapy.

With a background in acute care settings, Lindsay recognizes the profound impact of trauma on mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Her journey led her to study Holistic Nutrition at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2018 and Trauma-Informed Yoga at the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute in 2019, becoming certified in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method™ and a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.

Continuing her professional development, Lindsay completed training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through the Psychedelic Coalition for Health and received an EMDR certification through EMDRIA. She actively shares her personal journey of healing from trauma and addiction, promoting a trauma-informed mindset.

Lindsay collaborates with the Arizona Trauma Institute to conduct trainings for mental health professionals, coaches, and educators, focusing on a Salutogenic Lens and Trauma Conscious approach. She owns Roots to Rise, PLLC in Tempe, Arizona, offering somatic psychotherapy, supervision, trauma-informed yoga groups, EMDR therapy, and substance abuse professional services. Additionally, Lindsay serves as the Clinical Director at Seven Arrows Recovery Center in Elfrida, Arizona.

Known for her wild and free spirit, open heart, and unwavering belief in human transformation and growth, Lindsay embodies a holistic approach to healing and wellness, honoring ancient wisdom traditions alongside traditional psychotherapy methods.
