Sana Panagar is an accomplished psychologist with over nine years of experience supporting individuals through complex emotional and psychological challenges. Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, she is also certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Marriage and Relationship Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy (UNESCO-CID). Sana brings a compassionate, trauma-informed lens to every facet of her work.
Deeply committed to holistic well-being, Sana has worked with individuals, couples, and groups across hospitals, schools, digital wellness platforms, and corporate spaces. She offers individual therapy, group sessions, and large-scale wellness interventions—blending science-backed psychological principles with real-world applications that create lasting impact.
