Terry Smith, MEd
Terry Smith is the Organizational Development Manager for the Arizona Trauma Institute and collaborates with Candice Raine and Roderick Logan to design and develop trauma-informed organizational modules and provides training and coaching to organizations seeking trauma-informed certification. With over 20 years of senior-level leadership experience and a background in Educational Psychology, Terry is dedicated to building compassionate and resilient teams. Terry is a Licensed Chaplain and a Certified Trauma Support Specialist who enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, traveling, and snorkeling in the Caribbean with their husband of 39 years.
